Awards for design

With the occasion of “Awards for Design” organized by the Bucharest design branch of the Romanian Artists’ Union, we’ve been invited to receive an award.

The award was for Expleo Design founder Demetrius Tanase who received a Diploma of Merit for Originality and Excellency in Product Design.

The festivity was held in a design gallery in Bucharest together with other designers and design teachers from National University of Arts. The unconventional festivity had also a product showcase where we exhibited Igrego.

The words of Demetrius when he received his award were:

“Thank you very much for this award. It means alot to me. The only thing I want to say is for young designers to follow their dreams and to strive for good design.It will be rewarding.Thank you”

We had a great time also at the party held after the award ceremony.
